World-Class Capabilities
Our facility offers world-class capabilities for machining molds, tooling, and finished parts both large and small. Our largest machining center is a bridge style machine with travels in the 49” x 78” range. We have 5-Axis capabilities up to a 20” Platter. We can turn small parts in small high speed precision lathes and work with larger components up to 56” in Diameter.
EDM & Finishing
We maintain a total of (5) Sinker EDM machines and 2 Graphite Milling Centers. We offer large surface grinding up to 30” x 60” and maintain a grinding area for smaller, high precision work.
Prototype Heat Treating is Available in house, along with blasting and polishing capabilities. Most plating operations are sent out for completion with a range of capable vendors.
We maintain laser marking & engraving capabilities in house.
